Track activity and safety metrics continuously

Instant notifications for immediate response

Complete situational awareness when it matters most

Analytics-driven safety optimization

Real-time AI processing directly on the device with neural network acceleration

Fully portable infrastructure

Our advanced embedded AI system processes data in real-time with sub-300ms response times. The neural processing unit handles complex algorithms locally, eliminating cloud dependency and ensuring instant threat detection. This edge computing approach provides unmatched reliability and speed.

Complete autonomous system designed for rapid deployment on any construction site. No complex installation required - simply position, power on, and the system is operational within minutes. Extended battery life ensures continuous monitoring throughout entire work shifts.

Full GDPR/RGPD compliance with privacy-first architecture. All collected data is anonymized at the hardware level, ensuring worker privacy while maintaining comprehensive site safety monitoring. No personal identifiable information is stored or transmitted.

Multi-channel alert system with directional warnings. When danger is detected, the system immediately alerts workers in the affected zone through visual, audio, and haptic signals. Integrated gyroscope ensures precise positioning and targeted notifications.

A kit goes from box to active monitoring in about 120 seconds. It mounts magnetically on any metal surface with no tools, calibrates its sensors automatically, and connects on its own, which is roughly 30 seconds of hands-on work for a single operator. There is no cabling, no fixed infrastructure, and no technical configuration, which makes it practical for temporary sites that change layout week to week.
No. VNEXIA detects situations, not identities. The system recognises events such as a missing hard hat, a worker too close to a moving vehicle, or someone beneath a lifted load, without ever identifying who the person is. Data is anonymised at the hardware level, no faces are stored, and no personally identifiable information is collected. It is a safety tool, not a surveillance tool, and it is designed that way deliberately.
Privacy is built into the hardware, not added on afterwards. All processing happens on the device and raw video never leaves the kit. Only anonymised safety events are sent to the dashboard, and everything transmitted is encrypted. Because no personal data is ever stored or sent, the system is GDPR and RGPD compliant by design, which keeps deployments straightforward for HSE teams and works councils alike.
VNEXIA is built around the principles at the core of the EU AI Act, including privacy, transparency, and human oversight. The system is designed purely as a safety tool: it detects hazardous situations on the worksite and alerts workers, while final decisions always stay with the site's safety team. All processing happens on the device, no personal data is collected, and the technology supports HSE teams rather than replacing their judgement. As the EU AI Act's obligations phase in, we are actively aligning our processes and documentation with its requirements, and we work closely with our customers to support their own compliance needs.
No. All safety-critical detection and alerting runs entirely on the device, so the on-site alarm works even with no connectivity at all. A network connection over 4G, LTE, or Wi-Fi is only used to push anonymised events and notifications to the web and mobile dashboard. If the connection drops, local protection continues uninterrupted.
When a hazard is detected, the kit triggers an on-device alarm and warning light immediately, alerting workers in the area in under a second. At the same time, a notification is pushed to the web and mobile dashboard, so the safety manager is informed in parallel with the workers on the ground.
Both kits share the same camera and embedded AI. The Radar Kit (under 2 kg) adds millimetre-wave radar and covers general site monitoring, including people and truck counting, vehicle speed analysis, truck identification, and PPE compliance. The Lidar Kit (under 3 kg) adds 3D LiDAR for use cases that need precise spatial measurement, such as detecting workers below a lifted load and measuring the distance between workers and moving vehicles. The simplest way to think about it: start with the Radar Kit for everyday site safety, and add the Lidar Kit where lifting operations or vehicle-worker proximity are the main risks.
It depends on the kit. The Lidar Kit runs for a full work shift on a single charge, around 8 hours of continuous monitoring. The Radar Kit is far more power-efficient and runs for several weeks per charge. Both are compatible with a solar panel for extended or permanent deployments, so the system can monitor a site without anyone needing to manage recharging.
Yes. The kits are IP65-rated, fully protected against dust and resistant to water jets, and built to operate reliably in rain, dust, and extreme temperatures. They are designed for real construction, energy, and industrial environments, not controlled indoor settings.
It depends on the size of the site and the zones you want to cover. Each kit monitors the area within its sensor range, so larger or more complex sites use several kits. Because the system is fully portable, kits can also be repositioned as the site evolves rather than being fixed in one place. Our team can help you map the right number and placement of kits based on your site layout and the risks you want to address.
VNEXIA is offered as a monthly licence per kit, which includes the hardware and access to the analysis tools, with no long-term commitment. Every deployment comes with full technical support and custom deployment assistance. For pricing tailored to your site and the number of kits you need, reach out to our team for a quote.
